Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please let me know within 12 hours after purchase. After such time I will not be able to cancel the order because the packaging/shipping process has already begun. 

For hygienic reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please let me know via the contact button immediately so we can resolve any issues. 

Due to the handmade nature of all items, minor imperfections are common and each piece will vary slightly from the pictures shown on product page (i.e. marbling designs, polka dot placement, or pattern effects). 



Unless otherwise requested, all order will ship via standard flat rate shipping which has an estimated delivery window of 3-5 business days. All orders are processed between 1-2 business days. 

During the holidays I will do my best to ensure delivery before the actual holiday itself. I also offer gift wrapping at an additional $3. The item itself will be packaged and wrapped and placed in a shipping box for mailing purposes.
